2026, Intentionally

On growth, structure — and trusting the phase you’re in

2026 already feels different.

Not louder. Not faster.
But fuller — and more consequential.

I’m writing this from Italy, where I’ll be based at least until summer. This year also brings two milestones that naturally intersect: at the end of August, we’re getting married here — and in March, LANACCI turns six. For the first time, I’m marking that anniversary with a merch launch.

On paper, it sounds exciting.
In reality, it’s also the kind of phase where a lot happens at once — and not everything feels fully graspable yet.

And that’s exactly what 2026 seems to be about.

The real 2026 trend: intentional growth

Beyond buzzwords and tools, the strongest shift I see for 2026 — in business and privately — is intentionality.

People are becoming more selective:

  • about where they invest

  • who they work with

  • what they say yes to

In business, this shows up as:

  • fewer, higher-quality collaborations

  • stronger positioning instead of louder marketing

  • long-term brand value over short-term visibility

Privately, it looks similar:

  • fewer commitments, more meaning

  • structure replacing constant reactivity

  • building a life that can actually hold growth

This isn’t about doing less for the sake of it.
It’s about doing things with more purpose.

2026 doesn’t reward rushing — it rewards clarity.

Expansion before certainty

This year, I’m investing before everything feels completely “safe”.

The LANACCI anniversary, the merch, the wedding, the party — all of that means money going out. From the business. And personally, too.

That’s uncomfortable. And yes, it feels very scary.

But one thing that my experience has taught me was that
real expansion almost always feels uncomfortable before it feels good and proves itself.

I don’t know every outcome of those investments yet. I can’t predict it all of course.
But I know why I’m doing this.
And in phases like this, that matters most to me.
It keeps me going, it keeps me on track and helps me not lose my mind.

I trust that in the end, it will all work out.

Structure as a form of calm

Whenever things start to feel overwhelming, I return to structure (that’s the virgo in me haha).

For me, that’s the Eisenhower method — again and again. Not because it’s trendy, but because it consistently works. It helps separate:

  • urgency from importance

  • pressure from actual priority

  • noise from impact

It’s one of the tools that has allowed me to grow LANACCI without burning out. Not by doing everything — but by doing the right things at the right time.

For me, 2026 feels like a year where systems matter more than motivation.
And where intention beats overwhelm.

What I’m carrying into 2026

If I had to sum up this year in one mindset, it would be this:

  • fewer reactions, more decisions

  • fewer distractions, more depth

  • fewer “shoulds”, more alignment

I don’t have everything figured out yet.
But I trust the journey.

And right now, that feels like exactly what this phase of my life is asking for. It helps me grow and expande - intentionally.

Final note

If you’re entering a phase where growth feels real — but also heavier — you’re not alone.

This is the kind of work we do at LANACCI:
creating clarity, structure, and brand presence that can actually hold expansion.

If you’re ready to build intentionally — not louder, not faster, but better — I’d love to talk.

xx,
Lisa
